MEET JAKE

With over 27 years of experience in selling and listing properties across all price points, including single-family homes, investment properties, and condos, I have established myself as a proficient Selling Agent and Listing Agent of Distinctive Homes.

I excel in transitioning clients between urban and suburban environments, ensuring a smooth and successful relocation. My expertise extends to marketing coordination, where I have created comprehensive sales, marketing, branding, and budgeting strategies for proposed condominium projects.

My background also includes significant contract negotiations for Northwest Airlines with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and extensive customer service experience with Northwest Airlines. Additionally, I have a strong foundation in restaurant management, having undergone rigorous training and management roles in the industry.

I am a long-time Minneapolis resident, born in Boston, Massachusetts, and grew up predominantly in northern Minnesota, having previously lived with my family in Frankfurt, Germany, Seattle-Tacoma, and Albuquerque, New Mexico. During college in Montana, I was an avid skier and backpacker. I am a pet lover with a Redbone Coonhound dog, and in my spare time, I enjoy cooking for friends, biking, kayaking, and dining out.
